Junior Competition

The Junior Competition takes place online at Gallery of Guitar by way of a livestream event in which the jury will review pre-recorded performances from competitors. It is open to Classical Guitarists aged under 18. 
Competitors are invited to perform a contrasting programme of their own choice with a maximum duration of 12 minutes. 
Competitors should send an unedited, single camera angle video of their performance via WeTransfer to info@cgretreat.com by April 26th.

Senior Competition

The Senior Competition has a hybrid format with the preliminary round taking place online at Gallery of Guitar by way of a livestream event in which the Jury will review pre-recorded performances from competitors. 
It is open to Guitarists Aged 18 and older with no age limit. 
For the preliminary round competitors are invited to perform a contrasting programme of their own choice with a maximum duration of 12 minutes. Competitors should send an unedited, single camera angle video of their performance via WeTransfer to info@cgretreat.com by April 26th.

The Final takes place in person on Sunday 14th July at 3pm in the Laidlaw Music Centre in St Andrews during the Classical Guitar Retreat.
 Finalists will be invited to present a contrasting programme of their own choice with a maximum duration of 25 minutes.  
Accommodation will be provided for the finalists on the nights of 13th and 14th of July.
